SGH and Kozminski run the best MBA programs in Poland!
The Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) run by the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Executive MBA from Kozminski University are the best (ex aequo) Polish programs in the Perspektywy 2024 MBA Ranking. In third place was the Executive MBA Poznań - Atlanta program run by the Poznań University of Economics.
Which MBA program should you choose to maximize your chances in the management market? The ranking prepared by Perspektywy for the ninth time will certainly make it easier to get an answer to this question. Only brand-name programs that meet the exacting entry criterion are included. In order to be included in the list, the program had to include a minimum of 300 hours of instruction, last at least two semesters, it had to graduate at least two classes of graduates, and the university running the program was ranked in the Perspektywy 2023 Ranking of Higher Education Institutions.
Choosing an MBA program requires great care, because there are no (!) qualitative regulations for MBA programs. Hence, pseudo-MBAs have also appeared on the Polish market, which give neither knowledge nor managerial skills, but allow for positions on supervisory boards.
The MBA Perspectives 2024 ranking consists of five criteria containing a total of 28 indicators that reflect the main aspects of MBA studies that are important to those who make the decision to study such programs. The indicators and weights included in the final ranking were developed by the Ranking Chapter in consultation with MBA program organizers.
- We have a great responsibility, because MBA studies educate leaders of modern business," says Dominika Bettman, CEO of Microsoft Poland, chairwoman of the MBA Ranking Chapter of Perspektywy 2024.
- It is the market that prices the value of MBA studies," states Waldemar Siwiński, founding president of the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and head of the Ranking. - That's why the Chapter included prominent business representatives, and an important element of the classification is the evaluation of the program's merit by its graduates based on a survey conducted by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and CBM Indicator.
The Rank Awards Gala will be preceded by a Forum of Leaders in Management Education, during which directors of the best Polish programs, business practitioners and rectors of economic universities will seek answers to the questions of what managers the market needs and how they should be educated.
On February 29, Perspektywy is also launching a new portal, mba.perspektywy.pl, featuring expert articles in addition to ranking tables and methodologies, as well as a series of podcasts featuring prominent management education theorists and practitioners.
