In this year's survey, CBM INDICATOR again had the pleasure of contributing to the ranking of MBA programs. The tasks of our agency included the implementation of a quantitative survey. The measurement was carried out using two research methods (the so-called mixed mode technique): computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) and online surveys (Computer Assisted Web Interviews, CAWI).

The survey was conducted on a sample of N=300 graduates of MBA programs from across the country. A total of 36 programs and 1,264 graduates were enrolled in the survey.

Graduates are positive about the stature and reputation of their completed MBAs. As many as 93 percent of respondents declare that they have met their expectations completely or to a very high degree, and for 82.7 percent, the knowledge and skills gained will enable them to achieve their goals. Nine out of ten respondents are ready to recommend the completed program to others.

During the interview, graduates were asked to rate five aspects affecting the education they received. The highest ratings were given to the value of "soft" competencies (=4.40; SD=0.73), the content values of theoretical knowledge (=4.31; SD=0.61) and the selection of the right amount of transferred material (=4.24; SD=0.66). The next factors evaluated were the research and teaching staff, trainers and mentors. Graduates rated the following highest in this regard: the atmosphere during classes (=4.72; SD=0.49), the quality of the classes taught (=4.40; SD=0.62) and the level of knowledge imparted (=4.39; SD=0.61).

For an increasing number of graduates, it is not only knowledge and academic staff that are important, but also the possibility of cooperation with the university after the end of the study period, so this aspect was also evaluated. Respondents rated the following highest in this regard: opportunities for direct consultation between graduates and university staff (=4.06; SD=0.87), activities of the alumni association (=3.98; SD=0.85) and opportunities to meet with business practitioners (=3.95; SD=0.84).
